Spaghetti Aglio e olio
10:16 PM
Finally!! I've made it, spaghetti aglio e olio or people say it aglio olio. It was really easy and i'll tell you the recipe also the tips to make the best home made aglio olio with you own hands.💪
- spaghetti
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, mince it
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 pcs chilli (its up to you, i used a medium lvl)
- chopped parsley
- grated cheese or parmesan cheese
- meat/smoke beef/sausage/etc for the partner ( i used sausage its up to you)
How we do it?
1. Boil the spaghetti over high heat with 1 tbsp of salt and olive oil until al dentè.
2. Strain the spaghetti and pour with cold water to stop the clumping. Add 1tbs of olive oil to the cooked spaghetti.
3. On the other pan. Heat up the olive oil, add minced garlic, chilli and salt. Let them simmer til golden brown. And you can fry the sausage together.
4. Than add the pasta into the ingredeants over the small heat. Mix it all, and sprinkle it with your chopped parsley and grated cheese.
5. BUON APPETITO!
P.S: you can sparkling an origano too if you want, to get more italiano taste. And chili powder for more spicy lvl:)
Easy right?! And it was superb deliciously dentè!! Not too spicy and not too salty, but because i use grated chesse so the salty flavor came from chesse. And i used a meat-pork sausage whices its lilbit salty but yummy as well, also can be an awesome partner for my aglio olio😹
Uh ohh im so satisfied! HAHAH
You probably should try it at home! 😽

TIPS:
1. For 1 portion of spaghetti you can measure it with your knuckles. Take some spaghetti and measure it, used your Thumb and index finger's knuckles.
---->1 knuckles = 1 portion
---->2 knuckles = 2 portion, Etc.
2. Don't use too small pot for boiling pasta. Fill a large pot (5 to 6 quarts) with water and let it come to a rapid boil. Then add 2 tablespoons of salt (don’t be shy—professional chefs say pasta water should taste as salty as the sea). Finally, add the pasta and stir it occasionally until it’s al dente.
3. For al dante you can use stopwatch fot 4-5 minute, taste the pasta every minute to get al dente taste👌
4. To stop cooked pasta from clumping, toss it with a little sauce immediately after draining. Or, if you won’t be serving the pasta for 15 minutes or more, rinse the noodles under cold water to remove the starch. Then, just before sitting down to eat, reheat the pasta directly in the pot of sauce.
